How to Be Productive With Your Time
Use that extra time you have every week right now as a sort of a testing ground. If you can't motivate yourself to work five hours extra during the week, then definitely don't save up all your money and quit thinking that you're going to be this sort of robot terminator working with 50 hours a week the second you quit. A million miles in a thousand years is one of my all-time favorite recommendations. There's a essay by Paul Graham that I've been reading about keep your identity small. And Jordan Peterson says pursue what is meaningful, not what is expedient. You know, there's a lot of comfort in an identity because it tells you how to do things.
