Four of LA's finest appeared out of nowhere, shining their beacons of law and order on the crutches of unsuspecting patrons. A bald-headed, portly man dressed in tennis shoes, jeans, and a long, ragged t-shirt was arrested for obscenity. LZ: If these are LA's finest, I think we should ask to find us what is wrong with this country.
