"Product debt is big and it's real and processed debt, right? So in the beginning, when you start a company, you might just get customer support through to your personal email. Add a hundred, a thousand customers, massive problem," he says. "You can't even go near your Gmail account without getting like heart palpitations, right?" He adds that companies breed their own competition by forgetting about their product. 'The users that were happy to pay the money now just have to be left with no choice'
