The Ukraine war has really put into stark relief the divide between the United States and the Global South. I believe that if Henry Kissinger's advice had been heated there would have been no war in Ukraine. Most countries in the world over 143 countries voted in favor of a resolution condemning the invasion by the same time is also true that countries that represent 85% of the world's population have not imposed sanctions on Russia.
