Glavin Maddox and myself never talked about accomplishing anything. We basically wanted to become the best versions of ourselves and feed off of each other. And so we simply enjoyed competing off the field with golf, competing and hitting competitions. When you put 14 years in a row together and you only come up once, it looks like a big time failure. But what we were able to do with the rosters that we had simulated, we gave ourselves a chance every year to get the postseason.
