Bart's Rejection of Catholicism
Karl Bart's doctrine of revelation is direct or indirect, according to Vantil. God must be understood then to remain outside of man, outside and above the created order. The only man and the only creature to whom he relates is the man Jesus Christ. This is another dimension, a higher dimension for Karl Bart in his dialectical Geshikta. And here is where God is revealed in such a way that God is holy on the board with man.
