How to Deal With Scrupulosity and Accept My Miserable With Happiness

I'd like to ask you all how to deal with scrupulosity and accept my misery with happiness. Some of it some of the depression is caused by your own sin. You can still have joy within them but Jesus Christ does not But uh, does not give you the grace Towards happiness and union with him forever so that you can become Quarantined within this understanding of will and my life is just supposed to be terrible forever.
