How Much Engagement Do You Have With a Junior Trader?
When someone comes into the firm, let's say they're more of a junior trader. How much involvement do you have with that trader? Or are they kind of left their own devices, for the most part? I'd say half and half. In the beginning, it's screen time. It's on a demo of just watching the screen, calling out your setups,. We'll try to put in front of them almost like an argument... And then challenging them to answer it as you take the other side.
