The biases are the things that distort your worldview and distort the information that enters your head. And so this is why it all begins with changing the shape of your head so to speak, you know, the biases and the fantasies and the prejudices that cause you to see the world in a certain way. This is why we can't just go straight into giving people evidence and saying, oh you're wrong because this study proves you people aren't going to listen to that. They're going to say, oh it's bullshit study or they'll say, oh this study proves me right it doesn't prove you right," he says. "Once you do that, then everything else follows"
