Start Sleep Training During the Day at Nap Time

When you decide to sleep train, you've got to set aside a whole week, seven days. You start during the day at nap time because you're more well rested and can tolerate difficulty much better than you normally can. Make sure your baby is at least three to four months of age, at least 12 pounds, has no other medical issues. If you have an eight month old who's not sleeping through the night, he's long overdue. And most babies are 12 pounds around three.
