Learning to Unlearn
I want to talk about learning to unlearn because I think this is something even as adults we can all take advantage of. There's certain things that we kind of brought up with through the schooling system and then general life as well the workforce. If you don't figure out a way to release them and then replace them with new information or a new habit right? So talking about this really helps like coming you know realizing that a lot of these things are human constructed and things that would just impose from generation to generation so, for example, making mistakes in school, what you know.
