What's Hidden Curriculum in Medicine?

We've talked sometimes in the podcast about the hidden curriculum in medicine. Do you think that a lot of this is hidden curriculum that teams are working with? Or is it in a different space than that even? I think it's not even so much a curriculum, because this isn't something necessarily that we're kind of teaching. These are behaviors and things that teams either have or they don't.
