How to Prep for a Weekend

I love I love my Saturday routine. There's this amazing tradition that goes back like 10,000 plus years in Greece where we have something called Light Key and it's an open air market. Every farmer and local vendor comes to sell mostly food,. But there's also somebody who sets up a souffleiki shop. So they have fresh skewers of meat. There's one guy who buys up bulk extra clothing from like these huge warehouses. He gets clothes from stores that have been out of business for like 12, 15 years. It's so fun because you'll be with like a young old lady and she's like, oh, this is your size and throw it to you.
