Russia's War Against Ukraine Changed the National Defense Strategy?

I don't think that Russia's unprovoked aggression on Ukraine really changed the trajectory that we were on with building this national defense strategy. Part of it is because as we were focusing on the People's Republic of China as our primary concern, there's actually some interesting overlap in how you would design and manage the force if you're worried about that challenge. And I guess part of it to be frank is as we have watched while this war has progressed, key elements of the strategy have been validated. So it didn't dramatically change what we were doing at all.
