We have a lot of like team directory tables in notion, and everyone's got these fields filled out on their profiles as new hires join. And then we have a regular basis. Not after each new hire but let's say every two weeks,. That's the goes into that team directory doesn't audit of all the fields and then emails those people individually to fill that out. There is no API on notion or maybe there is now but we would need engineering time to build this internal process.
