Keeping a Sabbath
The Torah says, you shall kindle no fire in all your dwelling places on the Sabbath day. In Abraham Joshua Heschel's book, he talks about the importance of not kindling the fire of indignation. There might be things, hot topics that are really hard to talk about during a work week. And maybe if we're doing a good job during our work week of addressing those things, we can say, look, let's just not kindle a fire on the Sabbath.
