The first example of digital technology that i ever confronted was a classified facts machine in the 19 eighties. I just became persuaded that, o our business model is endangered, and we need to think about how we need to change. Other people within the community were also beginning to have that awakening. We weren't a majority at all, but we were a handful. And we got to talking about how the c i needed to change.
