Startups Need a Racehorse, Right?
I think like startups need a sense of urgency for sure, but you need to be like a rested racehorse. And so there were several companies that I worked for all startups to where it was kind of like everyone was working way more than 40 hours. In order to do so, we were all hustling and it felt yeah, it felt like you were leaving the team, letting the team down if you took time off. It's horrible and I don't recommend.
