How to Make Your Team Resist Change

When people get to think about things and experiment they will actually change. So anybody who thinks people resist change just needs to look at what happens when you give your teenage daughter her first mobile phone or whatever. They don't, they're not resisting the new idea that you have. They're resisting all the effects of that idea. And so what you need to do is make sure that you understand what is important to them and what helps them feel stable. Then make sure that this new idea gives them an upgraded version of the things that are most important to them.
