Is there a way for athletes to maintain a certain level of phalloxidation while progressing the VO to max? I guess we've sort of talked about this. The principle is always if you exercise in the presence of excessive amounts or additional amounts of lipids that you would adapt to that and allow yourself to maintain lipid metabolism above 65%. And Louise has done that with her race walkers and you can definitely increase the amount of lipids at that higher power output.
