Mika Yann's Negotiations With Castro

During negotiations, Mika Yann regularly found Castro difficult to negotiate with. He often thought that he had come to an agreement with Castro only to find Castro later going back on the question. One of his goals was to convince Castro not to fire on US overflights of the island.
