Routines are like an engine. If you follow a routine in a habi overtime, you will become a different type of person. I think i's really honestly the biggest distraction that we all face right now. And so what i decided to do is write a routine that said, what if you could control that habit and makear routiner only did it for seven minutes, and then you stopped. It helps you think about what am i actually doing? There's features in the social meniaps that allow you to save a post for later reading. That's where you can really get into a more f an intentional mind set with social media.
