I think it was a slow accumulation of knowing how free I could be in the present moment. And then knowing how brutal and self critical my head could be when I got lost in. Um, I remember giving a, I was introducing someone into a hole of about 500 people and I felt like I really messed it up here. You just like, what the fuck did I just say for the last 30 seconds? It's that kind of sick feeling in your stomach where you can't even look people in the eye because they knew he was an idiot. So I think moments like that where I'm just like, Oh, right Yeah.

Arjuna Ishaya is a monk, author, and meditation teacher. He started his career as an outdoor instructor in New Zealand in 2001 until he discovered meditation, and for the past 20 years, he has traveled the world teaching meditation as a tool to gain peace of mind and live a better life.

In 2018, he published his first book, "200% – An Instruction Manual for Living Fully"

Now based in North Yorkshire, UK, he currently works as a mentor, taking his vast experience and understanding of the mind to work directly with individuals looking to start or deepen their practice of meditation, awareness, and mindfulness so they can live a richer life free of doubt, fear, overwhelm, and limitation.
