Is There a Three in D Guy in the 90s?

I was trying to make the case for somebody before the 90s and like you said, it gets so tough because there isn't a three point line. So that was going to be a guy I was going to go with right away in this context. And then after Jaren Jackson, of course, I would say the person who really put this on the map in what was probably the second generation of three in D players was none other than Bruce Bowen.
