The Challenges With Fixed Fee Estimation
The problem with hourly is that the more hours you spend designer, the more money you make. But the longer it delays the schedule for the client,. And they don't like that and the more money they have to spend whih they don'tlike. What's nice with fixias, every one's on the same page, and that, as a designer, i don't wan to spend more time on it than i need to cause i'm losing money. That means for me, the more efficient i am, the better. And the client wants that too.
