The Importance of Assuming LGBTQ Persons in Church

I think this is such prudent advice still. I definitely had several, several of my young women who identified as LGBTQ. And it's kind of been a reminder to me as I go forward. When I'm sitting in a talk or a lesson where I feel like it's really be not kind towards our gay and lesbian brothers and sisters,. Who in this room might not yet know that they have a gay or lesbian child? The fact that you were able to just even plant that seed of acceptance and love with those girls has probably affected their lives in more profound ways.
