Jane Lazare-Lazbi is the creator of Rust, a new programming language. In part three of our three part interview with Jane we talk about what's been going on in the project. She says there are some top level interpersonal breakdowns that caught and some just like structural issues that kind of exacerbate the cause though as I would say where the core team became siloed from parts of the project. The best processes are the ones that can evolve she adds.
