The barriers to change that i just mentioned are barriers that persist. They don't go away magically. So we really do need to keep doing whatever it is that's working indefinite, like as long as we want the change to persist. Of course, there's probably a little bit of experimentation required, right? Just like when you are trying to figure out any solution, you need to play with it a bit. But my hope is that in his book and am and hopefully also in this podcast, i've laid out some of the key barriers that are most common, and that you'll recognize yourself in them.
