These are people who know how universities operate to a much greater degree right the standard sort of trustee that gets a deeper a deep pocket donors and alums. And they're more sophisticated about how to actually get their fingers in there and actually change things in ways that normal trustees really tend not to really understand how to do. So it's a set for real battle I think between sort of the authority of board trustees and the authority of the existing faculty and leadership of the university, says Kessler.
