i saw one that was absolutely fantastic by julia ferioli. Julia's talks always kind of, like i told her, it's like it blows up my brain and reconstructs it in a completely different way. I've also liked what spotify has been doing with a back stage to help drive adoption on that front. And just like being responsive an infueling things, i don't think it's hard with an open source project to be actionable. People have changed the more i've worked for open source in the last few years.
