The tone of most organizations believe this is important. I don't think a lot of organizations know how to do it yet. You need to look for the fertile ground and find the champions who are going to actually invest in it in their teams. When you have psychological safety, which allows people to express their perspective from a place of difference, plus a diverse environment, teams out perform by about 20%. And it doesn't happen overnight. But it's got to happen.
