Is There a Market for Travel Nurses?
Hospitals are trying to push all of their permanent employees into travelling. Once that industry becomes saturated, then you can decrease wages and we'd have to compete amongst each other for certain jobs. It's just going to be hard to compete with those younger people that are that could work harder and faster and longer than me or less money. I don't think you could ave a functional hospital system if every one was a travel nurse. But like, at some point it feels liket. The pandemic really pushed a lot of nurses to want to fight for changem. And i think that it all started there.
