The low protein group lost tons of body muscle, right? They lost like it's significant muscle and the group with adequate or high or whatever it was,. It was like very small amount of muscle and mostly fat. That's huge. And yes, I heard lifting weights like resistance training is so huge and cardio is not really going to do that. So I think it's a very basic cardio that's not helping your muscle growth and all that.
