"I hadn't been getting good sleep and my body was just from like anxiety or whatever, waking me up at like four, 45, almost five o'clock," he says. "So what I did was I said, all right, you know what, I'm going to reward myself by watching a show or a part of a movie at the same time." He then moved it into listening to a podcast slash, uh, using more pumped up music and actually walking on the treadmill instead. 'Multitasking in that sense is not necessarily a bad thing,' Gwyneth Paltrow adds.
