The Cross of Jesus
In the Bible, Jesus asks his followers to walk his path and become fishes of men. But also, at Jesus' birth, an angel came to tell some shepherds the good news. The message felt... mixed. As I pondered this, I noticed something surprising. Amongst the tables, chairs and shelves, a wooden cross leaned against the wall of his workshop. It was used to crucify criminals and people who spoke out against the Roman occupation. If Caesar wants a cross, then I shall build him a cross.
