Kim Kardashian told women in business to get their asses up and work the day after International Women's Day. The Kardashians have been called out many times for underpaying and exploiting their own employees. In May of 2021, Kim was sued by cleaning and maintenance workers who claimed that they weren't paid for all the hours they worked at her house.
