Panky offered up provocative conspiracy theories about the case. Panky also found time to run for office again. One of his campaign slogans was, No Hanky with Panky. Back in Colorado, Cash and Pirl were paying close attention to everything Panky was saying. They believed Panky had talked himself into a murder charge.
