Is It Spiritual Abuse?

In high school, i found myself in a friend's home and somebody said they wanted to prophesy over me. And i didn't know even what that meant, let alone had ever experienced it before. But i just, like, would that be considered spiritual abuse? Like, if i didn't have like, some kind of negative effect for it, or like, how do ho do i look at that kind of situation? Yes. Having this conversation on all levels is superhelpful. Is at makes sense?
