The Nigerian Debt Crisis
I wonder if there's been any regional repercussions to this, how it's been seen in Nigeria and vice versa. I mean, you hear very little talk of that the option of default in Nigeria, actually, even relative to Ghana,. The role of international finance institutions and foreign debt features more in public debate than they do in Nigeria. So because of all of these factors, I think that Nigeria is really trying to seem like a kind of grown up and sort of, for lack of a bit of time, a kind of duty to shoes for financial markets.
