The Evidence That Demands a Jury

Historic process rarely comes up with evidence that demands a verdict. There's not a lot of outside corroboration for some of these things. Things happen in modern times which are not susceptible to proof disproof. I think we make progress even among my friends the apologist. But it is a recognition that, ah, the sources are really, are really thin. And were we're going to have to draw on inferences from very little data.
