Open sea is a market place similar in many ways to eba. Unlike ebe, where transactions are based on buyer and seller reputation, transactions on open sea purely rely on block chain technology and smart contracts. Buying and selling nfts on open sea is a minimal trust operation - you do not need to trust that your counterparty will behave honestly. But it does take a two point five % fee cut from any transactions or sales.
