I think that's invaluable having a sounding board because it can be lonely, tough. Having these conversations that from people who kind of have your best interests at heart can be helpful. It kind of ball-stomped those some of the mental models, right? And once you can have it, it's basically very difficult to do it the other way around. Yeah, yeah, no fair enough. Good point. I think it makes a lot of sense. So one thing I wanted to just touch on you, you spoke about broker deals when we were discussing valuations there. Have you been sourcing deals exclusively through brokers or have you done some proprietary outreach?
