Dung shaing outlined the four modernizations as part of his reform in opening up agenda. But to day, what we have are things called the four. They mean that all party members must have a sense of consciousness when it comes to ideology and politics. And if you move away from them, even if you may be doing well, you may not be viewed favorably at central point.
