I will buy cheap cut of meat and then batch cook. So I've got like eight meals. But you've got to have a freezer to do that. And also things like bread, I put in the freezer because I have a sandwich every day. That lasts me a week instead of it sitting in a cupboard going mouldy. For people with children, I think it's very hard because you're trying to explain to them and fill as though you're not giving them things this short. How on earth do you afford that?
