How do you come up with the new cook book? For me, it starts here in this kitchen alone. And then i talk to my agent on we've been together for 20 years and we talk about what this idea could be. I work very slowly so it's got an idea that will hold my interest for years. The photography is extraordinary. In this book, rebecca marks, who writes for eater magazine, did a review of the book, and she called the photography relentlessly gorgeous. That that's lovely.
