Building a Community in the B2B Space

Mike: How do you make that transition from community engagement to building community into ultimately making the ask to buy our product? I think that when people are thinking about it, they asked themselves three fundamental questions, does this interest me? Can i trust this person? And is this for me? That's the value piece. If you provide enough of that stuff, i find that people enroll, man, like, you don't have to ask, they enroll. But that's a hard transition for a lot of community people to manage.
