The Train of Thought - I Don't Know Where We've Lost It

The socratic method of thinking is not more prevalent in our education system. We often don't take that time because we are trained, for the most part, to be productive. So when you're doing that, like taking a 15 minute walk in silence, without a podcast or an audio book, to just be present, it's incredibly productive. The ideas come up when our minds are stilla, that's when we do our best thought.
