Is There a Way for People to Get Paid?
The amount of money generated by those shows for people involved in them is staggering. And that going forward, one of the major kind of tension points in Hollywood will be whether or not we can figure out a way for people to get paid properly once their thing comes out. What I'm trying to do is the Blumhouse model, which is, yeah, let's make movies with your fee upfront being smaller, but your participation in the success being bigger.
