Redevelopment of the Haravi in Mumbai

Last time Mumbai had a major land parcel that was to change how the city operated, it was a land occupied by former textile mills. Shanmugam Pumaya is among those who's been around since Rajiv Gandhi promised to redevelop the Haravi in the 1980s. He told Raju Shindi the various ways he had tried to get his home redeveloped over the years but failed. Baha'u'lli says one reason it's hoped the redevelopment of the Haravi will have better results is because the government is heading the project.
