The Role of an Access Agent in the Russian Spies
An access agent is not as valuable unless and until they focus on a specific person that the Russians then are going to go after. So of that large group of people she meets based on what she reports them, it may help them aim and go after someone that they think might work for them. It's certainly possible they've had now more than two years to look at Mr. Trump and see how he operates. And perhaps if you believe the collusion would be in targeting for years and years, much longer an assessment of his personality. If I was Mr. Putin, it's certainly worth a try. There's not a lot to lose.
